HOUSTON – Consolidated Asset Management Services (CAMS), a fully integrated service provider for owners of energy infrastructure assets, proudly announced it was honored with two Houston area awards for excellence in public relations, communications and marketing. The company earned a Bronze Quill Award of Excellence from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Houston and a Gold Excalibur Award from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Houston. Both awards recognized CAMS’ exceptional Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report.

Since 2021, CAMS has produced reports that highlight the implementation of ESG tenets in our business practices. These documents address the importance many of our clients’ place on ESG factors, our commitment to transparency and accountability in all our work practices, and provide a platform to showcase CAMS’ efforts in environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and governance excellence.  ESG is just one small part of our continuous emphasis on sustainable operations, reliability, and accountability.

Judges from the awards competitions noted that the clear and impactful messaging in the CAMS Reports effectively conveyed CAMS’ key points to stakeholders. The examples used were thoughtfully chosen and well-written, enhancing the overall credibility of communication. The judges also highlighted the publication’s look and feel, emphasizing that excellent writing helped communicate the desired messages and fostered a strong sense of trust and reliability.

CAMS was officially recognized at IABC Houston’s Bronze Quill Awards Gala and PRSA Houston’s Excalibur Awards this summer.

IABC Houston, with approximately 200 professional communicators, is part of a global network of 10,000 business communication professionals in more than 70 countries committed to improving personal and professional growth and organizational effectiveness through strategic communications. PRSA Houston has more than 300 active chapter members, making it one of the largest and most active chapters of the Public Relations Society of America. The organization is dedicated to advancing the profession of public relations and enhancing the professional growth of its members.

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Consolidated Asset Management Services (CAMS), a fully-integrated service provider for owners of energy infrastructure assets, has been honored with two Platinum awards for outstanding marketing and communications from the 2023 Hermes Creative Awards, an international awards competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media. CAMS’ Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Reports and its website redesign garnered Hermes Creative Awards highest honors.

In 2021, CAMS began documenting and reporting the company’s ESG achievements, which have long been a focus. The quarterly ESG reports illustrate how ESG is embedded in CAMS’ culture. The company encourages employees to pursue creative and sustainable business practices in all aspects of work and recognizes these efforts. The ESG reports demonstrate the benefits of CAMS sustainable practices on operational excellence, financial performance, safety, community relations, and the environment.

CAMS redesigned its website in 2021 including a visual brand refresh, an easier user experience with clear calls to action, and revamped content with an SEO strategy. The new website immediately upgraded CAMS online presence, improving analytics significantly across the board and increasing lead generation by 500%.

Hermes Creative Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). The international organization consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media production, and freelance professionals. AMCP oversees awards and recognition programs, provides judges, and rewards outstanding achievement and service to the profession. AMCP judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry.
