We would not have survived a very challenging week without the preparation, hard work, and dedication of the CAMS team. They really performed when needed. The week required an around-the-clock effort from both asset management and onsite operations, and CAMS performed 24-hour operations with a relatively small team. The operations guys were literally sleeping onsite to avoid the possibility of unpassable roads. We had trouble early in the week, but the team mobilized resources to get units back online within the day. Overall, our units ran very well. Trading strategy, fuel supply and water supply, were also real challenges but the CAMS team stayed on top of everything. Even under stress, the team functioned seamlessly. They are real pros.
