HOUSTON–Consolidated Asset Management Services (CAMS), a fully-integrated service provider for owners of energy infrastructure assets, announced it has launched a new offering, Asset Performance Maintenance (APM). This new service combines anomaly detection, thermal performance, and machinery dynamics tools to assist in superior management and operation of clients’ energy infrastructure assets.

The integration of APM services provides clients with the option to connect thousands of unique systems to receive alerts of early asset risks, proactively identify issues, view historic and real-time data trends, and resolve any detected anomalies all in one place. This service can be deployed in less than a month, allowing plant operators to maintain industry best standards with no additional burden on their operations and maintenance teams.

“CAMS’ new APM service will allow us to further our customer-centric approach to our business practices by strengthening proactive issue management and performance monitoring for our clients,” said CEO and founder Joseph W. Sutton. “This expansion of our award-winning services will provide more depth for our clients from which we can offer improved operations while alleviating performance management demands and protecting clients’ bottom line.”

CAMS APM leverages Prometheus APM platform to provide rapidly deployed, cloud-based AI/ML and data analytics to address the challenges that may arise in today’s complex and dynamic plant management environments. It allows clients to avoid time-consuming and expensive consulting by receiving quality alert detection and data exploration updates to expedite root-cause discovery and problem resolution.
