HOUSTON – Consolidated Asset Management Services (CAMS) proudly announces that Kathy Patrick, Vice President of Human Resources, was awarded “Best Boss In Town” for the Energy Service Management category hosted by Burnett Specialists.

With 2016 being the inaugural year for the “Best Boss In Town” awards, Burnett Specialists received over 150 nominations. This award was created as a way for employees to honor their bosses’ outstanding achievements. Kathy was nominated by her team for her fairness, compassion, and ability to utilize others at their maximum potential. An awards ceremony was held at the CAMS Houston corporate office on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, where Kathy was presented with the award on behalf of Burnett Specialists District Manager Ruth Reading and Operations Manager Michelle Waldron.

Kathy Patrick has more than 20 years of human resources experience, with over 15 years of her experience in the energy industry. She is responsible for human resource and administrative functions company-wide. Kathy leads CAMS employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and recruiting programs. Before joining CAMS, she held Human Resources Management positions with Enron and Reliant Energy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Letourneau University; she is a past Board of Directors member for Texas Executive Women and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
