Bio

John Miller is Senior Vice President of CAMS Midstream. He is a seasoned engineering and operations professional with over four decades of experience across refining, renewable fuels, terminal operations, and emerging technologies. His career began at C.F. Braun Engineers and evolved into leadership roles spanning the range of oil & gas operations, chemical manufacturing, mining, and a host of other manufacturing-based industries. His work includes refinery design, refinery management, project management, project development, full-cycle terminal operations, renewable fuels, leading capital project design and execution, transition services, start-ups, and program development. He has also led strategic planning initiatives for facility upgrades, turnarounds, and asset optimization across both legacy production and emerging energy infrastructure. John has worked with CAMS in various roles since 2015.  He returned to CAMS on a full-time basis in late 2024 and now leads the CAMS Midstream Group.
