Gulf Coast Power Association (GCPA) is a non-profit organization of individuals and corporations, mostly in the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast region, who are interested in promoting and sustaining a healthy competitive power market. GCPA has served Texas and the Gulf Coast as a regional electric power trade organization dedicated to promoting an improved understanding of the issues and opportunities impacting contemporary power markets since 1983.
