    Bio

    As the CEO and founder of CAMS, Joe Sutton is responsible for the overall delivery of CAMS’ full suite of comprehensive services. Prior to founding CAMS, Mr. Sutton was the Vice Chairman of Enron Corp., which at the time was the largest international energy company in the world. He also served as CEO of Enron International and is credited with growing that business segment from $6 billion to $10 billion across 40 countries in less than six years. Before joining the private sector, Mr. Sutton served as a Colonel of the U.S. Army. In addition to his role with CAMS, he is the founder of Sutton Ventures Group and an active manager, operator, and investor in numerous sectors of the energy industry.

      Bio

      With over 35 years in the energy business, James Richardson oversees M&A, commercial development, and financing and accounting activities for both CAMS and Sutton Ventures Group. Prior to joining CAMS, Mr. Richardson was a partner with Exodus Energy, LLC and was responsible for business development, financing and economic analysis of greenfield energy projects, as well as global M&A opportunities. He also served as a senior director of project finance with Enron International, responsible for financing over $1 billion of power generation projects in Guam, Panama, Venezuela, and the Gaza Strip. Mr. Richardson holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.

        Bio

        A 30-year industry veteran, Greg Bobrow is responsible for leading the CAMS’ business operations and commercial development. Mr. Bobrow has experience across the energy value chain, including coal, E&P, natural gas transmission, power generation, and marketing and trading. Prior to joining CAMS, he held executive positions at Duke Energy, where he was responsible for energy commodity marketing and trading including power, natural gas and coal. He also held numerous commercial development positions with subsidiaries of Duke Energy and Occidental Petroleum. Mr. Bobrow holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky.

          Bio

          Jeff Sommers is responsible for leading all aspects of CAMS’ financial operations and has more than 30 years of financial management experience in the energy and power generation industries. Prior to joining CAMS, Mr. Sommers served as an executive at Prisma Energy International, where he was responsible for company-wide financial and accounting operations. He held numerous financial and accounting positions with subsidiaries of Enron Corp. after beginning his career at Deloitte, Haskins and Sells as a staff auditor. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Sommers holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.

            Bio

            Wade Cline oversees all legal aspects on behalf of CAMS and has over 35 years of  experience in executive management, legal, and operational roles focused on energy infrastructure projects in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to CAMS, he served as Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for Endeavor Energy, a portfolio company of Denham Capital, which developed, financed, constructed, and operated power plants in Africa. He also served in numerous roles at Enron, including various legal positions focused on developing, financing, construction, and operations of energy projects in the U.S. and emerging markets. He was also the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Enron India, which oversaw the construction and initial operation of a phased 2,200 MW power project with LNG receiving terminal. Additionally, he served on the Enron executive team, including Managing Director and General Counsel, and was responsible for the liquidation of all its assets. Mr. Cline earned his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana College.

                Todd Witwer has over 40 years of experience in the power generation industry with comprehensive management skills in business management, project management, development, engineering, construction, start-up, operation and maintenance. Prior to joining CAMS, he held various engineering and management positions for the Power Generation Service Division of Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Bonneville Pacific Corporation, El Paso Corporation and Delta Power Services. Mr. Witwer holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University Chico and a Class “A” General Contractor’s License issued by the State of California.

                  Randy York has 35 years of energy industry experience, including 22 years in negotiating and managing commercial agreements. Mr. York’s primary responsibility is to direct and support contracts, commercial agreements, financial aspects, and operations of client-entrusted power assets and portfolios. Prior to his current position, he was responsible for asset management in the eastern region and direct management of power projects in the southeast. Before joining CAMS, Mr. York was the lead account manager with ArcLight Energy Marketing and related commercial, asset management and managerial positions at Progress Energy. Mr. York holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and a master’s degree in Management from North Carolina State University.

                    Bio

                    Brian Ivany leads CAMS’ Energy Transition Services which provides asset management, operations and maintenance, optimization and related services to wind, solar and storage assets. In this role, he has supported the acquisitions and divestitures of numerous energy assets located throughout the U.S. He previously served as a member of the CAMS Business Development team where he was responsible for developing commercially productive relationships and originating strategic investment opportunities across the energy sector. Mr. Ivany graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, served five years in the Army, and deployed twice to Iraq. He earned his MBA from Georgetown University and currently serves on the board of directors of Renewable Energy Alliance Houston.

                      Lynne Waymire is responsible for the accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, payroll, tax coordination, and accounting functions for the various CAMS subsidiaries and O&M clients. Mrs. Waymire has over 40 years of experience in management, financial and SEC reporting, general accounting, treasury, payroll, power generation, oil and gas, refining, and international ventures with CAMS, Delta Power Corporation, Calpine, Dynegy, Union Texas Petroleum and Mobil Oil. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Canisius College and an MBA in Finance from St. Thomas University. Mrs. Waymire is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
